¡Refrescante, delicioso y lleno de encanto sureño! I stopped by Maw’s Cajun Sno & Meaux on a hot day, and their sno cones were a lifesaver! The ice is shaved so fine that it melts in your mouth, and the flavors are vibrant and delicious. I paired my sno cone with their famous boudin balls, and wow—just wow! Ice Cream That Melts in Your Mouth! The ice cream at Maw’s Cajun Sno & Meaux is beyond delicious! It’s so creamy and full of flavor, with just the right amount of sweetness. I got the strawberry cheesecake flavor, and it was packed with real strawberry pieces and chunks of graham cracker. It was like eating a frozen cheesecake! I already have a favorite and it’s awesome. I absolutely love the pulled pork French fries. They prepare them the way I like and are always hot and fresh. I ate them 2 days in a row for lunch. Not kidding. I’m sure all the other menu items will be just as good. Even the BBQ sauce is good and I’m picky about my sauce. Being from Tennessee, it’s hard to get decent pulled pork here once you’re used to what I grew up eating but this place has my loyalty in that department. I’d give it 7 stars if I could. The girls working there make it a pleasant place to go. Speedy service for a timed lunch break. Go give it a try. I promise you’ll be glad you did.
